CONCEPT

SOME FACTS

  • Operating schedules are instrumentation-dependent.
  • Regulatory constraints are constantly increasing.
  • The management of stored equipment represents a significant proportion of the activity of operating suite staff.
  • The optimisation of technical facilities is the primary objective.
  • The safety of patients and staff is at the heart of the concerns of managers of healthcare establishments.

PROMOTING SINGLE USE

Simplifying and optimising each item of instrumentation for single use, thereby responding to the quality and performance requirements of the medical teams.

A GLOBAL APPROACH

SINGLE USE INSTRUMENTATION

Single use instrumentation is specific to each implant and contains all the instruments necessary for surgery.

in2bones 02

PACKAGING

Our implants are packaged in individual sterile tubes* enabling ease of use and storage.
Each implant is differentiated by a colour identification system and accompanied by 7 adhesive labels.

* depending on the size of the implant.

THE MODULAR SYSTEM FOR PREPARED SETS

The prepared set contains all the implants and instruments necessary for a surgical intervention. Each cabinet has QR codes linking to the notices and operating techniques.

THE MODULAR SYSTEM FOR STORAGE

The implants in tubes are packaged in a transparent cassette of 3 tubes or more, enabling use according to the FIFO** method, and a visual check on the number of implants available.
The cassettes are configured in a modular display case which has been dimensioned to fit onto an operating suite trolley.
